I'm CoachYDV — a Hybrid Athlete, HYROX Finisher, and former competitive bodybuilder.

I spent over six years pursuing physique development, competing in bodybuilding and learning the discipline required to build strength and consistency. Like many, my focus was primarily on aesthetics until I discovered performance-based training. Learning to run, endure, recover, and push my limits beyond the gym completely changed my perspective on fitness. That journey took me from the bodybuilding stage to the HYROX arena and shaped the coaching philosophy I follow today.

I help busy professionals build strength, endurance, athleticism, and sustainable body composition changes through structured hybrid performance coaching. My approach combines evidence-based training, personalized programming, accountability, and a clear roadmap tailored to each individual's goals and lifestyle.

Whether the goal is fat loss, improved fitness, greater endurance, increased strength, or HYROX preparation, my mission is simple: Help people become stronger, more capable, and more confident.
